Questions before you choose.

Do I need an account?: Not to read the public podcast answers. Creating your own requires an account with a current Pro or Research subscription or trial.
Can I try a new Tldr for free?: Yes. New customers can try a monthly Pro or Research plan free for seven days. A payment method is required, the plan renews automatically at the displayed monthly price, and you can cancel before the trial ends to pay nothing. Annual plans and returning customers are not eligible.
What counts as a Tldr?: One question counts as one Tldr when it is successfully produced, even when it draws on several episodes. A failed run is returned to your allowance.
How long does a Tldr take?: Timing varies with the question, source length, and whether episodes have already been processed. Tldrs run in the background and stay in your account, so you can leave the page and come back while the console tracks progress.
What does searching across appearances mean?: You can ask about one person across the podcast episodes in which they appear, including appearances on different shows, subject to source availability and your plan’s episode limit.
How do source links work?: Tldrs include episode and timestamp links for key claims so you can check the surrounding conversation. Tldrs can still miss context, so verify anything important at the source. Raw transcripts are not provided.
Who can see my Tldrs?: Only you. The Tldrs you create are saved to your account and never added to the collection curated by TLDR Pods.
Monthly or annual?: The plan cards show the current yearly total, monthly equivalent, and saving. Switch, upgrade, or cancel any time from the self-serve billing portal.
Can I cancel anytime?: Yes. Manage or cancel from the billing portal in a couple of clicks. Cancel a free trial before it ends to avoid the first charge; paid access continues to the end of the billing period.
